Does SMS Blaster work with my Excel version and mobile phone?

SMS Blaster requires a PC with Windows OS and Microsoft Excel 2007 or later, including the Office 365 desktop version. It does not support the Excel web version. Additionally, it is compatible with Android smartphones but does not support macOS or iPhones.
