Adding pictures in comments

Use this feature to add a picture as a comment instead of text. Just select the cell, click "Pic in Comment," and choose an image. You can also scale the image—100% is the default size, but you can adjust it as needed. If you want to change the image, simply repeat the steps to overwrite it. Since this is a normal Excel comment, you can delete it the same way you'd delete any other comment:

To delete:

• Right-click the cell with the picture comment.

• Select Delete Comment from the menu.

This is great for adding extra details without cluttering your spreadsheet. Keep in mind, however, that images can increase your Excel file size.
